When a client sells a home with SWELL, we charge the full 2.5% commission…initially.
When that client buys another home with SWELL within 365 days of the first closing date, we will rebate them 0.5% of the commission charged from the sale of the first house.
This translates to a 2% listing fee after the rebate. Seller Special also applies to selling 2 homes within a year. This offer has no use restrictions, sellers can sell as many homes as they like within a year! This offer is open to homeowners and investors alike.

SWELL Buyer Rebate
When a qualifying client buys a home with SWELL, we will only charge them 2% of the commission offered to buyer’s agents.
The remaining amount is rebated back to the clients at closing or afterward. It’s simple and easy.
