How it works:
We will list your home for 2.5% of the purchase price, like we covered earlier. For qualified sellers, we only keep 2% and rebate you the rest. Depending on the purchase price of your home, the rebate could be substantial. Plus when qualified and combined with a SWELL Buyer Rebate, that’s when the savings can get enormous!
