Syndy is a highly decorated middle school teacher, so she’s basically a saint. She’s into Jeeps and is well known in downtown Wilmington society. She has the cutest little cat named Remix and it’s about time they made downtown their home!
Syndy’s looking for a home in downtown Wilmington. She needs off-street parking and at least 2 bedrooms. Walking distance from the bars and restaurants is preferred. Also she would like an outdoor space/yard along with a bit of outside storage too. Ideally she wants a place that has a seperate area she can rent out too.
A home that needs a little bit of TLC is okay, she’s not looking for a major project though. Syndy is okay with a single family home, condo, or townhome. If you know of a home like this, let us know.
