We also look for homes not yet for sale, which benefits the seller and our buyer.

Lauren is a lovely lady looking to relocate back to Wilmington. She’s lived here previously and is looking to return to our amazing piece of coastal NC.
Lauren has two dogs, Ari and Enzo who will need a backyard to roam in and claim as their own. Lauren prefers the yard to be fenced but would be willing to install a fence if needed.
Lauren wants a single family home, preferably with 3 bedrooms and 1+ bathrooms. She would like a home that’s move-in ready and doesn’t need repairs or TLC. A newer kitchen would be a plus, with updated appliances and countertops.
Lauren doesn’t want to be too far from the Market and New Center area as she will be working nearby. Ideally, she wants a commute of 30 minutes or less.
