Nikki & Jesse are tired of apartment living. They’ve been renting for the last 15 years and decided it was time to find their piece of the American Dream. They also want some peace and quiet!
Nikki and Jesse are looking for a 2+ bedroom single family home with at least 1.5 bathrooms. They would like a home that’s move-in ready and doesn’t need a bunch of repairs.
They would like a good sized yard and don’t want to be right on top of their neighbors. A fence would be nice but isn’t a deal-breaker. They also don’t want an HOA either.
They don’t want to be too far from the Mid-town Wilmington and prefer to be outside of city limits. Ideally, they want a commute of 30 minutes or less from Mid-town. Wilmington, Castle Hayne, Murrayville, and Leland are all ok with them.
What they are looking for:
• 30 mins. or less from Mid-town
• 2 beds/1.5+ baths or more
• a single family home
• large outdoor/yard area
• privacy
• Price Range- up to $250k
