Susan is a wonderful Wilmingtonian and looking to find a home for her two little boys and teenage niece.
She’s looking for a home in central Wilmington with good schools and quiet neighborhood for her sons to grow up in! Susan needs at least 3 bedrooms and 2,000+ sqft of living space. She also wants a home that she can make her own, so a home needing a little TLC is ok.
They want a newer home in a neighborhood. She also wants a home that’s low maintenance and preferably with a pool.
