These two lovebirds are looking to buy a home in southern Wilmington or even on Carolina Beach. They are looking for at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a possibly larger lot.
Sal likes to work with his hands and needs a workspace like a large garage or large shed. Lauren would love to have a home office.
They both love the water and want to be close to it or have quick access to it. A public or neighborhood boat ramp would be great!
