This family is looking for a place to make their own! They need room for several homes on the same plot of land and still have privacy. This can be a home with 2+ acres of land or a vacant lot with 2+ acres of land.
They want to be relatively close to the Wilmington area for shopping, socializing, and work. Brunswick, New Hanover, or Pender County are all possibilities.
They are looking for a place that is not in a flood-zone, though if the lot backs up to a creek that’s ok. The property needs to have utilities, the ability to get utilities, or perc for a septic system.
What they are looking for:
• a single family home w/ large lot
or
• vacant land, 2+ acres
• buildable land
• septic or sewer ready
• no flood-zone
• rural but close to Wilmington
