Meet the Lawson Family
The Lawson Family are originally from the Midwest and looking to relocate. They want a large lot so they can add buildings and homes for their extended family. They want a place where the family to come together, connect, and unwind.
They want to be relatively close to the Wilmington area for shopping, socializing, and work. Brunswick, New Hanover, or Pender County are all possibilities.
They don’t want to worry about flooding so no flood zoned property unless it’s minimal. Ideally the property needs to have utilities, the ability to get utilities at the very least and or perc for a septic system if necessary.
What they are looking for:
• a single family home w/ large lot, 5+ acres
or
• vacant land, 5+ acres
• buildable land
• septic or sewer ready
• no flood-zone
• rural but “close” to Wilmington
